Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

In accordance with the new RA Law on “Public Service”, the RA President, Government member, person holding an autonomous position can no longer hold a position in commercial organization.
Other persons holding public position and public servants are allowed to have 50 and more percent participation in the board of directors of the commercial organization, according to the provisions of the mentioned law.
The mentioned legislative recommendation was elaborated by the the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials.
