Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

The Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials had an active participation in the elaboration processes of the RA draft laws on “Making Amendments and Supplements to the Republic of Armenia laws on “Corruption Prevention Commission” and “Public Service”” adopted in 2017. The Commission was also involved in the working group established for that purpose, submitted recommendations, as well as an opinion on the currently circulated legal acts to the Government of Armenia.
In the outcomes, by the legislative amendments the corruption prevention was ensured by the financial independence body with extended functions and tools.
