THE COMMISSION ON ETHICS OF HIGH-RANKING OFFICIALS CLARIFIES
With this clarification the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials informs that, according to the Articles 34 and 35 of the Law on Public Service of Armenia, the following information on provided or received borrowings by the declarant shall be reflected in the declarations submitted to the Ethics Commission by the high-ranking officials and their related persons (including his/her spouse, the parents living together with the high-ranking official, adult and single children living together with the high-ranking official):
a/ the transactions of transferring money and other property by the declarant to the ownership of other entity with the condition of return of the same amount of money or property equal to the received one
b/ interests received from the given loan and other compensation.
The mentioned transactions include the money given by the declarant to both natural persons and legal entities including money (deposits) in the commercial banks.
