THE COMMISSION ON ETHICS OF HIGH-RANKING OFFICIALS OF ARMENIA PARTICIPATED IN THE SEMINAR BY GERMAN FEDERAL ENTERPRISE FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (GIZ)
The Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia participated in the seminar on ethics education of public sector within the GIZ project, which was conducted from April 2-4, 2014 by German DBB Academy representatives Hans Rieger and Paula Borovska. During the seminar the structure, methodology and teaching instruments of ethics education programs were discussed. A teaching manual and case studies are elaborated and analysed for ethics trainings that would serve as a basis for conducting and implementing of ethics trainings. During the further stages of the project, training of relevant trainers and institutionalization of the above mentioned educational programs are intended, which will contribute to the development of ethics education component and increasing the effectiveness of ethics system.
