The package of draft laws on making amendments and additions to the law "On the Corruption Prevention Commission" and related laws will be discussed with the stakeholders
The Corruption Prevention Commission developed and the RA Ministry of Justice presented the package of draft laws on amendments and additions to the Law on the "Corruption Prevention Commission" and related laws for public discussion on the e-draft.am platform.
Making amendments and additions to the law "On the Corruption Prevention Commission" and related laws aims to ensure the effectiveness of the activity of the Commission.
The package of projects regulates the financial independence of the Commission, ensuring the legal certainty of the existing legal regulations, effective structures for the implementation of separate functions of the Commission, determination of the process of analysis of declarations and the study of integrity, as well as the introduction of separate structures and a number of other essential issues.
From the point of view of public participation in the legislative process and its transparency, the implementation of professional discussions on the issues included in the package of projects is highly important. For this purpose, in the near future, the package of draft laws on making amendments and additions to the law "On the Corruption Prevention Commission" and related laws will be discussed with the stakeholders.
