The draft of the Model Code of Conduct for Public Servants has already been finalized. As we already informed, the Corruption Prevention Commission developed and submitted for public discussion the draft decision of the Model Code of Conduct for Public Servants.

In recent months, a number of discussions have taken place on the draft of the Model Code of Conduct for Public Servants with the participation of state and non-state institutions, including civil society representatives.

The Model Code of Conduct for Public Servants has been submitted to the state departments and has been posted on the e-draft.am platform, after which, taking into account the collected considerations, amendments were made.

Through the efforts of the Commission, the process was made more inclusive, including the observations and recommendations of representatives of various fields, thereby ensuring the maximum participation of field experience in the final version of the document.

The summary sheets were compiled as a result of public discussions on the draft decision on establishing the Model Code of Conduct for Public Servants and are posted in the Announcements section of the Commission's website.
