A day in the Corruption Prevention Commission. Factor TV reference

The majority of the staff in the Commission are women. On April 7, within the framework of Motherhood and Beauty Day, Factor TV made a video about the involvement of women in corruption prevention, asking blitz questions to the Chairwoman and women members of the Commission, as well as listening to the men of the Commission.

Haykuhi Harutyunyan, Chairwoman of the Commission, referring to the question of is it easy to work in a field where the majority of decision-makers are men, said:

"If you are trying to enter the game with the rules which contradict your essence, of course, even if you win, you will fail from the point of view of your essence."

She noted that equal opportunities are important for democratization and in the fight against corruption, adding that in her case it is a matter of principle.

"Special care of women's energy, from the point of view perceptions, approaches are important that the rules of strict coercion be replaced by the way of guiding people on a scientific level."

The men members of the Commission referring to working relations with women highlighted the involvement of women in corruption prevention and noted that sometimes women are more principled.
