Studies conducted by the Corruption Prevention Commission during the 2nd half of 2021 based on conflict of interest, media monitoring and other applications

In the second half of 2021, the Department of Control of Public Servants’ Behavior of the Corruption Prevention Commission conducted among other functions studies on conflict of interest, other restrictions, incompatibility requirements and observance of Code of Conduct


During the reporting period, the following was done:

  •  Three studies were conducted on conflict of interest
  •  Five studies were conducted on incompatibility requirements
  • Two studies were conducted on Code of conduct
  •  Օne position on other restrictions was presented

During the specified period, 13 media publications were reviewed related to the functions of the Department of Control of Public Servants’ Behavior, and though in some cases the Commission had concerns over conflict of interest, it was impossible to initiate proceedings based on the current regulations of the law.
