The decisions of the Commission are made on the principle of collegiality and are unfettered. Haykuhi Harutyunyan's interview to "Herankar"
Haykuhi Harutyunyan, the Chairwoman of the CPC, was hosted by Shant TV's "Herankar" program.
"In order to have a democratic country and an active system of government, we really need to get rid of corruption and this is the main mission of the Commission,” noted Haykuhi Harutyunyan.
In response to TV host Aram Abrahamyan, should we not fight against corruption with a "sword", Haykuhi Harutyunyan noted that we should be able to separate the role of punitive and preventive structures.
"The role of the Commission is more aimed at educating and creating a citizen who knows what is good behavior, who is accountable to the state, but at the same time is a claimant from the state.
Haykuhi Harutyunyan also spoke about the recent achievements of the Commission and its upcoming programs.
