Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

The members of the Corruption Prevention Commission met the Deputy US Ambassador to Armenia, Acting Ambassador Christopher Smith and the Deputy Director of the Sustainable Development Office of the USAID Mission in Armenia Adam Stefan.

Welcoming the guests, the Chairwoman of the Commission Haykuhi Harutyunyan presented the Commission's mission, priorities, completed work and upcoming commitments.

Christopher Smith thanked for the reception, noting that the prevention of corruption is one of the most important challenges worldwide. He expressed his willingness to assist the Commission in exchange for experience and advisory issues within the framework of his mandate.
