Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

During the month of July, 2018, from the 34 proceedings instituted in the outcomes of the research and analysis conducted by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, examination of 33 cases has ended, in the result of the examination of 15 cases, decisions on the application of administrative offence, and as for the 18 cases, decisions on discontinuing the administrative proceeding were respectively made.
During the month of July, proceedings on 28 cases of administrative violations were instituted, in the outcomes of 4 cases, decision on the application of administrative sanctions was respectively made.
