Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

In June, the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, based on the studies and analysis, instituted 66 proceedings on administrative offences in accordance with the administrative violations features prescribed by Paragraph 5 of Article 169.28 (“negligently submitting incorrect or incomplete data in the declaration” of the RA Code of Administrative Offences.
In the outcomes of the proceedings, 15 decisions on the application of administrative penalty, 17 decisions on the discontinuation of the case proceedings have been made respectively: the examination of 34 cases will be conducted in July.
