Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

The cooperation scopes of the Corruption Prevention Commission and the Republic of Armenia Prosecutor’s General Office both in pre-proceeding (forwarding materials to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office in case of detecting illicit enrichment risks during the declaration analysis processes) and during proceeding procedures have been clarified at legislative level. In this regard, the provisions ensuring the feedback was established. The international cooperation was also expanded.
