Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

   A discussion of the Integrity report of Indonesia’s high-ranking officials by Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was held in Jakarta on December 6-8 of 2017. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), welcoming the visit of the Armenian delegation presented the report. The cases of investigation, accusative conclusions and criminal persecution based on the analysis of the Integrity Report from the legal prospective were discussed. Siranush Sahakyan, the Chairperson of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials presented the functions and the works implementing in the anti-corruption field by the Commission. Issues regarding the international anti-corruption movement, strengthening the anti-corruption mechanisms at national levels, importance of the civil society, as well as the bilateral interests and possible cooperation were discussed during the meeting. The Armenian Delegation included Siranush Sahakyan, the Chairperson of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, Lilit Petrosyan, Member of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, Arthur Sargsyan, First Deputy Head of the Chief of Staff of RA Government, Aharon Mkrthcyan, Project Manager of the Public Sector Modernization Program and Edgar Avetyan, Executive Director of “Foreign Financing Projects Management Centre” of the RA Ministry of Finance.
