Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

    On November 16 of 2016, the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials submitted recommendations to the RA Government on asset declaration legislation amendments, as well as vesting the Commission with the role of ethics coordinator as foreseen in the precondition of EU Budget Support Financial Agreement. The recommendations vesting the Commission with the role of ethics coordinator include elaboration and implementation of guiding ethics provisions, adoption of a standard code of conduct (ethics) for public servants and organization of procedures of elaboration and adoption of sectoral codes of conducts based on it, ensuring of unified ethics policy implementation.
