Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

 The Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, by its decision N12-A dated on April 25, 2014, instituted a proceeding to discuss the alleged violations of ethics rules by Aram Harutyunyan, the Minister of Nature Protection. As a result of the instituted proceeding, the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Official has adopted the following conclusion. (The decision text is available in Armenian)
