Rules, Grounds, and Principles of Administrative Proceedings Conducted Under Party Supervision: Two-Day Training Course

The employees of the Corruption Prevention Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) participated in a two-day training course titled “Rules, Grounds, and Principles of Administrative Proceedings Conducted Under the Commission’s Supervision of Political Parties.”

The purpose of the training was to clarify for the Commission’s employees the essence and principles of administration in the process of party supervision, the procedure for conducting administrative proceedings, timeframes for administrative proceedings, requirements for administrative acts, procedures for the enforcement and appeal of administrative acts, as well as practical issues related to the implementation of administrative proceedings.

The information on administrative procedures was presented based on both the analysis of applicable legislation and the insights derived from the study of judicial precedents.

During the training, practical cases were also discussed, specifically focusing on violations and existing issues identified through the examination of reports submitted by political parties registered in the Republic of Armenia.

The training was conducted within the framework of the “Support to Democracy Development in Armenia” program, implemented by IFES.
