Discussions on the 2027–2029 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework

Within the framework of the 2027 budgetary process, a professional discussion on the 2027–2029 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and the RA 2027 budget financing application was held at the Corruption Prevention Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) on May 12. The discussion was attended by the President of the NGO “Center for Economic Law,” Movses Aristakesyan, and the representative of the environmental, social, and business support NGO “BLEJAN,” Ararat Alikhanyan.

Under this Medium-Term Expenditure Framework, the budgetary program implemented by the Commission is aimed at the development of anti-corruption and integrity policies, as well as the relevant legal and institutional framework. The objective of the program is to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of a unified system for corruption prevention and integrity.

During the meeting, reference was made to the Commission’s medium-term expenditure priorities, expenditure programs, and objectives for the medium-term period, while sectoral policy targets were also discussed.
