The Corruption Prevention Commission and the Corporate Governance Center, continuing their cooperation aimed at promoting high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in companies with state participation, organized a seminar titled “Assessment of Corruption Risks in State-Participated Companies” on April 10.
The seminar was led by Ekaterina Lisova, Head of Governance and Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), who presented modern approaches to preventing corruption in companies, with particular emphasis on the development of anti-corruption programs and the assessment of corruption risks.
The seminar was conducted with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) under the United Kingdom’s international development framework, through the UK government–funded program “Responding to the Threats of Illicit Finance in Armenia: Phase III.”
