{"id":29840,"date":"2026-05-27T10:24:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T06:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/news\/irakanacvel-e-barevarqutyan-harcerov-kazmakerpichneri-hertakan-verapatrastumy-barevarqutyan-hamakargi-tarreri-veraberyal\/"},"modified":"2026-05-27T15:38:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T11:38:41","slug":"irakanacvel-e-barevarqutyan-harcerov-kazmakerpichneri-hertakan-verapatrastumy-barevarqutyan-hamakargi-tarreri-veraberyal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/en\/news\/irakanacvel-e-barevarqutyan-harcerov-kazmakerpichneri-hertakan-verapatrastumy-barevarqutyan-hamakargi-tarreri-veraberyal\/","title":{"rendered":"The regular training of integrity coordinators on the elements of the integrity system has been carried out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On May 21 and 22 of this year, within the framework of the program \u2018Strengthening National Capacities for the Effective Prevention of and Fight against Economic Crime in Armenia\u2019 the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Corruption Prevention Commission<\/span><\/span> (hereinafter referred to as the Commission), with the support of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Council of Europe<\/span><\/span> and in cooperation with the Council of Europe Office in Armenia, conducted a two-day training course for integrity coordinators of public authorities on the topic \u2018Integrity Elements Applicable to Public Servants.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tigranuhi Khalafyan, head of the Commission&#8217;s Public Servants&#8217; Conduct Oversight Department, presented to the participants the national integrity system as well as the applicable norms and practices of domestic legislation. In his turn, Valts Kalnins, an internationally recognized Council of Europe (CoE) expert in the field of anti-corruption, delivered a report and led the discussions, presenting the experience of European countries and relevant CoE standards.<\/p>\n<p>The trainers dedicated a separate discussion to the regulations concerning the political restraint and political neutrality of individuals holding public positions and public service offices, answering participants&#8217;
