On November 25-26 of this year, the working discussions of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Business Integrity Group took place in Paris under the title \u201cThe Role of Government in Promoting and Ensuring Business Integrity\u201d.<\/p>\n
At the opening session of the workshop, Tigranuhi Khalafyan, Head of the Commission\u2019s Public Servants’ Conduct Control Department, delivered a report presenting the special role of public institutions in promoting business integrity, the actions planned under Armenia\u2019s 2023-2026 Anti-Corruption Strategy and its Action Plan, as well as the work carried out by the Commission so far in the field of corruption risk assessment and management in state-owned enterprises, and the upcoming programs.<\/p>\n
Participants also discussed issues related to business integrity in the context of public procurement processes, emphasizing the importance of continuous exchange of experience in this area.
\nRepresentatives from public institutions, civil society organizations, and the business sector attended the working discussions.<\/p>\n
The OECD Business Integrity Group (BIG) was established in 2021 by the OECD\u2019s Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN).
