The functions of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials include analyzing asset declarations of high-ranking officials and their related persons.
\nTo effectively implement its functions of analyzing asset declarations of high-ranking officials and their related persons, the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials elaborated and submitted to the Government of Armenia a draft Government decree on \u201cAdopting the procedure on providing data to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials from the databases held by different state government institutions\u201d, which was adopted at the session of 19 February 2015.
\nThe adoption of the mentioned decision ensures online connection of the Ethics Commission\u2019s system to a number of state agencies\u2019 databases that will allow the Ethics Commission to verify declaration data, as well as to detect the cases of ethics rule and conflict of interest violations based on this data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
