Lilit Petrosyan, member of the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia as an international expert participated in the regional seminar on \u201cCorruption Prevention\u201d organized from December 16-17, in Batumi, Georgia.
\nThe aim of the seminar was to exchange the international and regional best practice in corruption prevention field with the aim to raise effectiveness of anti-corruption initiatives.
\nThe event was attended by 46 participants of anti-corruption agencies of Eastern Partnership and South Caucasus countries and international experts as well as international organization representatives.
\nSubjects related to corruption prevention, including asset and income declarations and their verification, ethics rules and conflicts of interest, as well as effective regulations and systems of business environment ethics were discussed during the event.
\nCorruption prevention mechanisms in Armenia, asset and income declaration system, legislation related to conflict of interest, experience of corporation with non-governmental organizations, ethics system gaps, as well as discussed reforms and developments were presented during the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
