{"id":16086,"date":"2018-04-20T18:26:30","date_gmt":"2018-04-20T14:26:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/news\/barevarqutyan-hamakargi-entakarucvatsqneri-steghtsum\/"},"modified":"2024-11-08T20:36:03","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T16:36:03","slug":"barevarqutyan-hamakargi-entakarucvatsqneri-steghtsum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/en\/news\/barevarqutyan-hamakargi-entakarucvatsqneri-steghtsum\/","title":{"rendered":"Elaboration of Integrity System Infrastructures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the new RA Law on \u201cPublic Service\u201d,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/10.jpg\">an integrity system<\/a>\u00a0has been established in public service.<br \/>\nThe persons holding public positions are obliged to maintain<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/11.jpg\">Codes of conducts<\/a><\/u><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/12.jpg\">incompatibility requirements<\/a>,<\/u><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/13.jpg\">other restrictions<\/a>,<\/u><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/14.jpg\">conflict of interests regulations<\/a>.<\/u><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/15.jpg\">The integrity system was institutionalized<\/a>. The institute on integrity issues was established. The relations of ethics commission was regulated, the boundaries of jurisdiction, as well as the cooperation with the Corruption Prevention Commission were clarified.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802122622\/http:\/\/cpcarmenia.am\/u_files\/file\/Infografs\/eng\/16.jpg\">The interest declaration system<\/a>\u00a0was established.<br \/>\nThe Commission has initiated studies of the integrity issues on the topics of \u201cThe Restrictions of Other Activities of the High-Ranking Officials\u201d and \u201cConflict of Interest in the State Procurement Procedures\u201d. By their outcomes, cases were taken out and recommendation were submitted to the RA Government.<br \/>\nAn analysis on the ethics, conflict of interest, activity restrictions defined by the Republic of Armenia Law on \u201cPublic Service\u201d as well as by other laws defining the characteristics of other sectors of public service and in that regard legislative regulations for the application of liability measures was conducted.
