font-weight: inherit;\">Mariam Galstyan and Narek Hambardzumyan, members of the Commission, Marianna Baghinyan, Head of the Integrity Check Department of the Commission, and Gyulnara Sargsyan, Head of the<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Proceedings and Legal Support Department, within the framework of cooperation between the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and the Supreme Judicial Council, participated in the hybrid format seminar held in Tsakhkadzor on December 10-11, 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">During the seminar, the issues on the preconditions for initiating disciplinary proceedings against judges, judges\u2019 disciplinary liability, and<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0the basis of German disciplinary<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0were discussed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Lars Broker, the President of the Supreme Administrative and Constitutional Courts of the Rhineland-Palatinate<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">of Germany and Klaus-Akhim Bonikowski, the Presiding Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Rhineland-Palatinate Permanent Member of the Judicial Disciplinary and Service Court<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;
