Titled &#8220;Types of Legal Acts and Judicial Methodology&#8221; and funded by the EU the training was organized within the framework of the Justice System Strengthening Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">During the training, international law\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">and domestic law<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">, &#8220;soft law&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">and<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0&#8220;hard law&#8221;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">w<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">ere<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0touched upon.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0judicial system<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">of Germany was\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">highlighted<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">and e<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">mbedment of<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0international law in it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Academic information presented at the course combined with many practical examples, the participants<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">drew parallels between<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">the judicial systems operating in Armenia and Germany.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The staff of the Commission had the opportunity to raise the legal issues accumulated in the working process and listen to the trainer&#8217;s comment on them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;
