On June 30, 2023, the CPC will present to the public the results of the analysis of judges’ property, income, interests and expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMore than 7,000 declarations are being checked, which is a rather detailed process. The studies are carried out exclusively by the Commission. In all cases when the Commission concludes that there are certain\u00a0<\/span>inconsistencies\u00a0<\/span>in the property, income, interests, expenses,\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>property actually used by the person, the Commission initiates administrative (at the same time disciplinary proceedings) and sends the materials to the Supreme Judicial Council for a decision.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Referring to the draft \u201cModel rules of conduct for public servants\u201d, the Chairwoman of the Commission noted. “After the approval of the draft, each agency should adopt specific local practice rules, using the examples provided by the Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to create a legitimate, moral image of a public servant who realizes the public interest as the highest interest, respects the rights and freedoms of the citizen, and In his daily work he serves the implementation of the state policy aimed at the protection of those rights and freedoms with impartial, equal principles.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main partner for the Commission is the citizen, because we work in the interests of the citizen.
