Training on the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code in companies with state participation

From March 10 to 13, 2026, a training on the topic “Implementation of the RA Corporate Governance Code in Companies with State Participation” was held. The training was organized through the cooperation of the Corporate Governance Center, the Center for International Private Enterprise, the Corruption Prevention Commission, and the State Property Management Committee.

The training was organized within the framework of the implementation of the RA Corporate Governance Code, taking into account the approaches defined by the RA Government’s Decision No. 1617-N of November 14, 2025, regarding the accession of companies with state participation to the Code.

The aim of the program was to increase the awareness of companies with state participation about the motivations and benefits of implementing the Code, as well as its fundamental principles.

Around 60 representatives from companies with state participation and public administration bodies took part in the training, including members of boards and executive bodies, corporate secretaries, and other professionals in the field.

The training was carried out with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise, within the framework of the “Responding to the Threats of Corrosive Capital in Armenia: Phase III” program, funded by the Government of the United Kingdom.
