The commitment to digitizing the gift registration process was presented at the OGP Asia-Pacific Regional Conference.

The “Open Government Challenge” commitment, presented by the commission, has been included among the anti-corruption challenges of the 2025 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Asia-Pacific Regional Conference and was introduced during the opening session in Manila. The presentation highlighted the commitment’s significance in the context of Armenia’s anti-corruption reforms.

The session was attended by high-ranking officials from member states, as well as representatives of international organizations and civil society. Mariam Galstyan, Acting Chair of the Commission, participated in the session’s proceedings and received the official certificate of participation in the “Open Government Challenge” initiative on behalf of the Armenian delegation.

The commitment related to the gift registration registry aims to ensure:

✅The automation of the gift registration process for public officials and public servants,

✅Public and stakeholder access, including media representatives, to gift declarations, strengthening public oversight,

✅Anti-corruption oversight to prevent conflicts of interest and enhance transparency in public administration.
