As part of the public awareness campaign titled “Anti-Corruption Awareness Week”, Tigranuhi Khalafyan, Head of the Public Servants’ Conduct Oversight Department of the Corruption Prevention Commission, participated in a panel discussion on “Existing Mechanisms and Recent Legislative Amendments Regarding Gift Acceptance Restrictions”.
During the discussion, participants were introduced to the latest legislative amendments in the field of gift acceptance restrictions, the gift registration process, and the Commission’s authority in regulating gift acceptance limitations and the registration process.
In the second part of the meeting, panel discussions were organized under the theme “Civil Oversight and the Role of Media in Managing Corruption Risks in Public Institutions”.
The events were organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, with the support of the USAID “Integrity in Armenia” program.
