The Head of the Public Servants’ Conduct Control Department of the Commission, Tigranuhi Khalafyan, participated in the 14th meeting of the Armenia-EU Subcommittee on Justice, Freedom, and Security, which took place in Brussels on February 18.
Within the framework of the discussion dedicated to judicial reforms, the Commission’s representative addressed the results of the integrity checks conducted for judges and prosecutors in 2024, the existing challenges in this field, as well as the introduction of tools for the ongoing integrity assessment. Reference was also made to the commitments undertaken in the fight against corruption, particularly the efforts aimed at implementing the recommendations presented by the OECD and GRECO.
