Three-day seminar entitled “Declaration Process” initiated by the CPC

On March 28, a three-day seminar entitled “Declaration Process” was launched on the initiative of the CPC.

In order to regulate and coordinate the work with the declarants, declaration process consultants have been appointed from different departments.

The first training-discussion was attended by 20 consultants from various departments, including the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, the RA Investigative Committee, the State Control Service, the RA Police, the Cadastre Committee, the State Revenue Committee, the Statistical Committee, the Urban Development Committee, asa well as from RA Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, RA Health and labor Inspection body, RA Food Safety Inspectorate, RA Education Inspectorate and  Urban Development, Technical Standards and Fire Safety Inspectorate․

The speakers were Aramayis Pashinyan, Member of the Commission, and Karen Hakobyan, Head of the Declaration Analysis Department.

During the seminar, all the legislative regulations and procedures related to the declaration process were presented. With the help of the example of the sample the procedure for filling in the declarations was presented and possible administrative responsibility in case of non-submission of them.

At the end of the meeting, the speakers referred to the questions raised by the consultants, to which answers were given.
