By Decision N 02-L of the Commission dated March 20, 2025, the Commission’s 2025 plan for monitoring compliance with incompatibility requirements has been approved. Throughout 2025, in accordance with the established monitoring plan, a study will be conducted on the compliance of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and their deputies, as well as the advisors to the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, and Ministers with incompatibility requirements.
