The Corruption Prevention Commission, in cooperation with the National Center for Vocational Education and Training Development (NCVETD), organized a three-day training on “Anti-Corruption Education in the VET Sector” from May 6 to 8, attended by 30 teachers from 12 VET institutions in the Lori region.
Within the framework of the training, participants were introduced to the structure and thematic content of the “Anti-Corruption Education in the VET Sector” manual, as well as modern methodologies and pedagogical approaches to anti-corruption education. These are aimed not only at transferring knowledge but also at fostering principles of integrity and corruption-rejecting behavior among learners. The goal is to make the educational process more targeted by integrating integrity topics into vocational modules.
During the dialogue with the participants, the pathways for implementing the manual were outlined, which will contribute to raising students’ legal awareness and fostering the development of principled, high-integrity professionals in the labor market.
