The members of the Corruption Prevention Commission have met with a joint delegation from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the French Development Agency (AFD).
Mariam Galstyan, Acting Chairperson of the Commission, welcomed the delegation representatives and discussed the actions aimed at strengthening business integrity within the framework of Armenia’s Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2023-2026, as well as the legislative changes arising from these actions.
The delegation members presented their inquiries regarding the implementation of a corruption risk management system in state-owned enterprises, discussing opportunities for further cooperation.
During the meeting, there was a detailed discussion with Lilit Aleksanyan, the Commission member responsible for coordinating the sector, where the steps taken towards implementing a corruption risk assessment system in state-owned enterprises with 50% or more state participation were presented in detail.
