Functions

To achieve its objectives, the administration performs the following functions:
1. Develops proposals for the methodologies of assessing corruption risks, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures, including integrity programs, and submits them for the Commission’s approval.
2. Collaborates with competent authorities to coordinate the sectoral assessment process of corruption risks in relevant areas.
3. Ensures the development of sectoral anti-corruption programs and the submission of corresponding proposals to competent authorities.
4. Provides professional consultations and methodological support within the bodies mentioned in point 5.1 of the Administration’s statute concerning the assessment of corruption risks, as well as the development of anti-corruption measures, including integrity programs.
5. Studies the reports on the implementation of anti-corruption measures, including integrity programs, developed based on the assessment of corruption risks in the bodies mentioned in point 5.1 of the Administration’s statute. If necessary, provides recommendations for their improvement.
6. Organizes and conducts training sessions on international standards and national regulations related to the assessment and management of corruption risks in both the public and private sectors.
