Declarations Analysis Department

To achieve its objectives, the administration performs the following functions:
1. Regulation of the declaration process;
2. Ensuring the smooth operation of the electronic declaration system and its modernization;
3. Maintaining the registry of declarations of declarant officials and their family members within the meaning of the “Law on Public Service,” as well as declarant officials within the meaning of the constitutional “Law on Political Parties” (hereinafter collectively referred to as “declarants”).
4. Ensuring the process of publishing and archiving declarations;
5. Proper notification regarding the obligation to submit a declaration;
6. Providing professional support to declarants and developing a guide for completing declarations to ensure the uninterrupted implementation of the declaration process.
