To achieve its objectives, the administration performs the following functions:
1. Ensures the adherence to incompatibility requirements, other restrictions, behavioral rules, regulations on conflicts of interest, as well as limitations on the acceptance of gifts.
2. Ensures the receipt of information through whistleblowers, hotlines, receiving applications and letters, and obtaining press releases, and conducts studies based on them.
3. The administration conducts a study and localization of both national and international best practices regarding incompatibility requirements, other restrictions, behavioral rules, conflict of interest, and the acceptance of gifts, and develops and submits to the Commission proposals for improvements and changes to these institutions. It also ensures the implementation and operationalization of these measures and changes.
4. The administration develops and submits to the Commission the model code of conduct for public servants along with its explanatory guide, as well as the code of conduct for state officials, and guidelines for the application of these conduct rules.
5. The administration develops guidelines for the formulation and implementation of sectoral codes of conduct for public servants.
6. The administration develops the code of conduct for state officials.
7. The administration monitors the implementation of the requirements and recommendations outlined in the conclusions regarding violations of conduct rules, incompatibility requirements, other restrictions, and conflict of interest regulations as determined by the Commission…
