“Training on the topic ‘Anti-Corruption Education in the VET Sector’ for instructors of VET institutions.”

The Corruption Prevention Commission, in cooperation with the National Center for Vocational Education and Training Development (NCVETD), organized a two-day training on November 25 and 26 titled “Anti-Corruption Education in the VET Sector”, which was attended by 23 representatives from VET institutions of the regions of Armenia and the city of Yerevan.

Commission member Aramayis Pashinyan also welcomed the participants. He presented, in a comprehensive manner, the scope of the Commission’s functions and the main directions of the programs implemented in the field of anti-corruption education, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with educational institutions.

During the trainings, the instructors became acquainted with the structure and topics of the manual “Anti-Corruption Education in the VET Sector”, the suggested tools and methods, as well as the methods for conducting participatory, situational, and role-playing exercises designed to consolidate knowledge.

The meetings took place in an atmosphere of active discussions, and the participants positively evaluated the integration of the proposed topics into the courses conducted within the framework of anti-corruption education.
