The commission has summarized the results of the pilot assessment of corruption risks in the system for evaluating an individual’s functionality.

The commission, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, conducted a pilot assessment of corruption risks in the system for evaluating an individual’s functionality. The purpose of the assessment was to identify existing corruption risks within the evaluation system, including gaps in legal regulations, unregulated relationships, non-systematic solutions, existing practices, and corruption perceptions. Additionally, the root causes and underlying factors of the identified risks were analyzed to help mitigate corruption risks that hinder the effective operation of the system.

As part of the assessment, the Commission cooperated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, the Health and Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia, as well as public organizations dealing with the rights of persons with disabilities. The research phase of the assessment was commissioned to the “Caucasus Research Resource Center-Armenia” Foundation with the support of the USAID “Integrity Program for Armenia.”

The Commission expresses its gratitude to its partners for their effective and collaborative work.

The assessment results have been summarized in a report and the development of a sectoral anti-corruption action plan.
