Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

 On February 6, the Commission adopted the Code of Conduct for persons holding state positions (except for deputies, judges, members of the Supreme Judicial Council, prosecutors, and investigators), as well as for heads of communities and their deputies, and heads of administrative districts of Yerevan community and their deputies. The Code came into force on April 1.

The Code establishes both mandatory and incentive rules that its subjects must follow.
