Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia

The package of documents related to the current financial control of the parties was handed over to the Corruption Prevention Commission.

Since January 1, 2022, the Commission has assumed control over the current financial activities of the parties.

This regulation is defined by the Constitutional Law on Parties, according to which, the Commission is entrusted with the control over the current financial activities of the parties, including verifying the sources and expenses of parties' financial means, as well as compliance with the annual property reporting requirements, the information contained in them and the "reliability" of the data.
