What are the features of educational programs aimed at preventing corruption? Training for CPC employees

Within the framework of cooperation between the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and the Corruption Prevention Commission, training programs aimed at developing the professional abilities of the employees of the CPC are being implemented.

On November 30, international expert, Dr. Otilia Pacuari, presented the features of the preparation, perception, evaluation and improvement of educational programs aimed at preventing corruption to the Chairwoman of the Commission Haykuhi Harutyunyan and a group of employees.

According to the speaker's observations, anti-corruption education and perceptions of corruption prevention among the public, particularly among middle-aged citizens, have a lot of features. The motivation to learn of this group of individuals is based on their own preferences and they are ready to learn something new only when they want or see that the newly acquired knowledge is directly applicable and delivered through practical experience.

During the training, the Romanian expert Otilia Pacuari also presented certain peculiarities of the delivery of educational programs, their perception by the audience and answered the questions of the employees of the CPC. During the training, a discussion was held about the specifics of creating anti-corruption educational programs.
