THE COMMISSION ON ETHICS OF HIGH-RANKING OFFICIALS OF ARMENIA AND GERMAN DBB ACADEMY HAVE JOINTLY CONDUCTED A TRAINING OF TRAINERS OF PUBLIC SECTOR ETHICS

The Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials and German DBB Academy have organized a training of trainers of public sector ethics with support of the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) from October 15-17, 2014 in Armenia Marriott Hotel. This initiative is the continuation of the previous training of trainers, during which representatives from National Assembly of Armenia, Civil Service Council, Board of Ethics and Discipline of General Assembly of Judges of Armenia, Public Administration Academy of Armenia and other organizations were transferred necessary skills of conducting public sector ethics training. The aim of the event was to develop the skills of public servants to solve ethics problems in their institutions. The three day training has been conducted with the interactive involvement of participants, case analysis, and elaboration of steps directed to the development of ethics system. At the end of the training, the participants were handed the handbook on public sector ethics in Armenia, elaborated by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia and German DBB academy, which will help them in orientation of the ethics issues.
